General reservation and cancellation conditions<\/h4>

From La Carraca Rural we thank you for your trust.<\/p>

Bookings<\/h4>

The reservation is made by contacting us directly by WhatsApp at the number + 34 678 956 356.<\/p>

The reservation will be made effective by paying a deposit of the total amount of the stay, it can be done by Bizum or by bank transfer; once we receive the signal, the reservation will be confirmed.<\/p>

Accommodation entry and exit times<\/h4>

Departure: Before 12:00<\/strong>,<\/p>

Entry: From 17:00<\/strong>,<\/p>

These hours could be flexible, if the circumstances of the accommodation allow us to provide cleaning and reception services at other times, ask us about your specific case and we will inform you.<\/p>

Admission<\/h4>

Once in the accommodation, the Admission Form will be filled out with the data requested by the Civil Guard, for all people over 16 years of age, according to art 1 of Decree 1513\/1959 of August 18.<\/p>

Pending payment<\/h4>

At the time of handing over the keys, the remaining amount of the rent will be paid.<\/p>

Booking cancellation<\/h4>

Since our reservations are for complete houses and for large groups of people, our cancellation conditions are a little different.<\/p>

If you wish to cancel, you must contact us at the same number in which you made the reservation: (+34 678 956 356) or by sending an email to: pilar@lacarracarural.com<\/p>

The client has the right to cancel his reservation at any time. However, the property reserves the right to withhold, as compensation for damages caused when canceling, the following percentages of the reservation advance:<\/p>

  • If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, the reservation will be returned in full, no charge will be applied.<\/li>
  • If the cancellation is made between 15 and 7 days in advance, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged.<\/li>
  • If the cancellation is made within the period of 1 week before the date of accommodation, the first night of the stay will be charged.<\/li>
  • If the cancellation occurs 48 or does not show up on the scheduled dates (no-show) hours before the date of entry, 100% of the amount of the total stay will be charged.<\/li><\/ul>

    The property reserves the right to deliver a valid Gift Brocheure for the amount of the reservation to enjoy on other available dates or directly change the dates of the reservation according to availability. In any case, from La Carraca Rural, we will always try to find the solution that least harms both parties.<\/p>

    Damages and Deposit<\/h4>

    The client will be responsible for possible damages caused by negligence or misuse of the facilities as well as the costs of their replacement.<\/p>

    A deposit will be requested before the client enters, which will be returned once the final cleaning is done.<\/p>

    Tenants are required to use the facilities responsibly. In the face of evidence of vandalism or imprudent use of the same, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental contract at any time, and the tenants must leave the facilities immediately.<\/p>

    Places<\/h4>

    The contracted capacity of the accommodation may not be exceeded.<\/p>

    The stay or overnight stay of other people other than those who have rented the rural house is not allowed unless expressly authorized by the owner.<\/p>

    Animals<\/h4>

    Animals are allowed, upon request of the client and authorization of the owner.<\/p>

    Others<\/h4>

    Parties and events have to be authorized by the property.<\/p>

    The owners of the rural house are not responsible for the behavior and \/ or actions of the tenants.<\/p>

    The establishment reserves the right of admission.<\/p>

    Data Protection<\/h4>

    The personal data will be incorporated into a personal file, whose purpose is the best functioning of the hosting service.
