Santa Marta is a large rural house of recent construction and modern decoration located on a 10 hectare farm, which has all the comforts to spend wonderful days in the countryside, surrounded by nature.
It has the peculiarity that the enclosure has two houses: the main house and a smaller house, but with all the comforts to stay. For the tranquility and total privacy of our guests, we never rent the small house independently, so you will never meet strangers if you stay in the main house in Santa Marta. You can rent the big house and the small one at the same time, or just the big one, but we never rent the small one independently so you won’t meet strangers on the premises.
It is located in the center of Andalusia, one hour from Malaga, Granada, Cordoba, Seville, etc.
The main house distributed over two floors, has heating throughout the house, solar panels and a fireplace.
The ground floor has large indoor common areas perfect for meeting and holding lunches or dinners in a very comfortable and welcoming space: living room with two rooms, kitchen attached to the dining room fully equipped with appliances and utensils, all open and connected for greater comfort.
On the ground floor there are also two of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en-suite.
On the upper floor, there are four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them en suite, and the large hall has been used to put beds and a television where the little ones can play and be entertained.
The spacious bedrooms offer great flexibility to make different distributions in the rooms depending on the number of occupants.
All the bedrooms have exterior views, from where you can contemplate incredible views of the countryside and you will feel in the middle of nature.
The small house has a living room and two bedrooms with bathroom en suite and a small kitchen for the essentials. This accommodation will never be rented separately from the main accommodation.
The big house has 6 rooms and the small one has 2.

You do not need to bring your own sheets and towels. Our lingerie service is attended by a professional dry cleaner. All beds are dressed with their sheets and a complete set of towels is provided per person.

The water that we use in the house is from an underground aquifer of the farm that, since it is not treated with chemicals, is not suitable for human consumption.

The spacious indoor and outdoor common areas are designed and prepared to enjoy large gatherings. It has a fenced pool for the tranquility of guests staying with children, next to a large barbecue area with a portable paella pan. In addition, it has a complete outdoor bathroom that avoids having to enter the house when you are in the pool or eating outside.
We also have a small farm, with a wide variety of animals where young and old can observe and enjoy with them.
